Our Fitness Suite includes a wide range of dumbbells, squat racks, pure strength and plate loaded machines. The latest cardio machines have access to Netflix, You Tube and Freeview all for you to enjoy during your work out. 

 

Our qualified Fitness Instructors will guide you through our Kickstart Programme which includes a Health Check, tailored interactive fitness programme using the  MyWellness app  and regularly review your fitness progression.
