We have the latest innovative training classes such as TF Pump, Boxfit and Zumba, traditional classes such as Yoga, Pilates, Group cycle and much more. Class Descriptions

All equipment for classes are provided by us. 

All you need to bring is: Comfortable, breathable, sports attire, trainers, a water bottle & a sweat towel. Bring a token or £1 for lockers if required.

ASHTANGA VINYASA YOGA

Challenging postures with flowing movements. Focuses on awareness of breath whilst building strength, fitness, and flexibility. If new, come in a little early for the instructor to help set you up

BODY CONDITIONING

Body conditioning is based around certain exercises that help you to develop your overall physical fitness. These exercises are usually focused on your full body rather than isolated movements. Total body conditioning aims to improve strength and heart rate burning calories and toning muscles.

BOX CARDIO

Box Cardio is a high-intensity combat based class which will give you self defence moves as well as improving cardio vascular fitness. It works the entire body and aids with self confidence. Non-contact workout using gloves and pads to promote toning and great shape. Suitable for all levels, participants work in pairs or small groups, if attending alone the instructor will aim to pair you with someone of similar ability.

Group Fitness Class

CIRCUIT

A TF 45 circuit session involves you doing short intense intervals, with you working at higher intensity. Followed by short periods of less intense work allowing the body to recover. The format changes weekly, following the instructor training schedule.

Yoga Pose Stretch

IYENGAR YOGA

Focusing primarily on posture and breathing techniques. It helps to develop mobility and stability by focusing on the mind, body and spirit. If new, come in a little early for the instructor to help set you up.

KETTLEBELLS

Kettlebell exercises focuses upon precise technique, strengthening the whole posterior chain. Kettlebell training requires you to hold the weight in one or both hands and go through a variety of swings, presses or pulling motions. Some movements have you changing the Kettlebell between hands - as the weight swings or as you move laterally, requiring you to stabilize your body.

LEGS, BUMS & TUMS

The class is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up those problem areas, such as thighs, bum and stomach. Our legs, bums and tums class is great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels.

TF ATHLETIC

30-minute duration so that you can get in and out rapidly. A TF Athletic circuit session involves you doing short intense intervals, with you working at higher intensity. Followed by short periods of less intense work allowing the body to recover. The format changes weekly, following the instructor training schedule.

PILATES

Focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. You work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement, taught using slow, controlled movements. If new, come in a little early for the instructor to help set you up.

TF CONDITIONING

30-minute duration so that you can get in and out rapidly. TF Conditioning is a fast-paced, circuit-style session targeting multiple energy systems through high-intensity cardio and interval work. Designed to boost endurance, burn calories, and improve overall fitness. Cardio intervals are lengthened in this class in comparison with TF Athletic classes.

Cycling Workout Session

STUDIO CYCLING

An indoor cycling session, led by one of our enthusiastic instructors. Often called spinning, is a form of exercise focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting. If new, come in a little early for the instructor to help set you and the bike up.

Fitness Barbell Workout

TF CORE

30-minute duration so that you can get in and out rapidly. Focusing on core exercises training the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work together. This can help with better balance and stability which is important for many sports and occupations, as well as regular day-to-day activities.

Group Dumbbell Workout

TF PUMP

High intensity workout using barbells and free weights. Designed to target all muscle groups in a fun and productive way. It uses a combination of motivating music, fantastic instructors and targets all major muscle groups.

TF STRENGTH

30-minute duration so that you can get in and out rapidly. A TF strength circuit session involves you doing short intense intervals, with you working at higher intensity. Followed by short periods of less intense work allowing the body to recover. The format changes weekly, following the instructor training schedule.

WOMEN’S STRENGTH CIRCUIT

Women’s strength circuit involves you doing short intense intervals, with you working at higher intensity. Followed by short periods of less intense work allowing the body to recover. This class is designed to build whole body strength in the shortest time possible. The format changes weekly, following the instructor training schedule.

Zumba Class

ZUMBA

Mixing many dance moves for an interval-style workout with the rhythmical music. Designed to get your heartrate up, boosting cardio and endorphins. If new, come in a little early for the instructor to help set you up.

Teen Fitness

Teen Fitness provides an opportunity for 13-16 year olds to access a range of fitness equipment in our newly located fitness suite. All sessions are supervised by one of our qualified fitness instructors to provide a safe and effective environment.

3:15pm-4pm & 4:15pm-5pm.

Saturday 11am-12pm.

Sunday 12-1pm.
