FITNESS CLASSES

Whatever your goal, preference and personal ability - we have a fitness class to suit you. We have the latest innovative training classes such as MetaFit, MetaPWR and HITTSTEP amongst more traditional classes such as Yoga, Pilates, Group cycle and much more. Led by our highly experienced instructors to give first class advice and guidance. 

Please note due to Covid-19 we ask all student members attending classes at the centre to book. For all our other members we can now offer LIVE and ON-DEMAND classes via our MyWellness App. 

Teen Fitness

Teen Fitness provides an opportunity for 13-16 year olds to access a range of fitness equipment in our newly located fitness suite. All sessions are supervised and lead by one of our qualified fitness instructors to provide a safe and effective environment.
