We have made some changes
We have made some improvements so our members can enjoy our fantastic facilities with some additional safety measures in place. Here's how we are making sure that you and our staff stay safe and healthy when you visit us.
BEFORE YOU SET OFF...
To make sure we don't get crowded, all sessions, including time in the gym, are bookable via our Mywellness App and website. Please Ensure that you have confirmed your booking before you arrive at the centre.
Change into your workout clothes and prepare your post workout shower ready for when you get home. Our changing rooms won't be open for a while so please take this into account when you are preparing to visit us.
Please come equipped wearing your face covering. This is required to enter the centre but can be removed when you enter the fitness suite or class studio.
WHEN YOUR ARRIVE...
If you arrive early, you will need to wait outside, keeping your distance from others. A member of staff will welcome you inside when it's time for your session.
Please pay a visit to a sanitiser station on entry to ensure your hands are clean. We have plenty dotted around the centre.
We are fully Contactless member entry and payments.
DURING YOUR VISIT...
Have fun! Our team will be on hand to help you achieve your goals and offer advice and guidance. Don't hesitate to ask them for support.
In the gym you should use the cleaning materials provided to wipe down equipment before and after you use it. Be respectful of others and make sure you maintain social distancing throughout your visit. If an area looks busy, visit a quieter part of the gym until it has calmed down.
WHEN YOU LEAVE...
Smile! You've smashed your workout! We'll be working hard to make sure that all parts of the centre are spotless for your next visit. Staff have allocated time to clean and disinfect after each session booking.
