Can I ask to freeze for a fixed timeframe?
No. We’ll be dealing with many requests over the coming months, so we will put members on a 12 month freeze. However, if you would like to unfreeze your membership before the end of the 12 months, please email firstname.lastname@example.org

Will I get my 6 weeks free?
Yes. Current Members only. Annual members will get their 6 weeks added to their membership. Direct Debit members will resume after 1st July.
When can I start to book my Gym session from?
Download the Mywellness app from the app store https://apple.co/32rKMum or google play store https://bit.ly/2RDGU7i . This is where you will be able book your gym sessions, classes, access live and on-demand classes, track your exercise and follow your training program.
