Due to our reduced campus capacity to comply with social distancing guidelines and the evolving government guidance, we regret that we are currently open to a small number of students only and are unable to accept community memberships and group bookings. We will let members know as soon as we are able to open Trinity Fitness more widely. Membership payments will remain frozen in the meantime.

When you do re-open to the community, how will I book the fitness suite and classes?


We have developed a new online system for booking the fitness suite and classes, which you will have access to via an app on your phone. Full details will be communicated in advance of the suite reopening.




How do I get in contact with Trinity Fitness about my membership?


Please contact us and a member of staff will aim to reply to you within 24 hours.




Do I get a refund on my annual membership?


Yes, we can organise a pro rata rebate from the date of closure on 17 March for the remainder of your annual membership. If you would like us to do this, please get in touch here




I want to cancel my direct debit membership. What do I do?


We fully understand if you wish to cancel your membership and will be able to arrange this for you. Alternatively, we can freeze your membership until we are able to re-open fully. We will be giving all existing community members one month of free membership when they return, with the usual direct debit payment resuming in the second month.




I am a pay as you go and/or MOVE GB member. Can I still use the fitness suite?


In order to comply with social distancing guidelines Trinity Fitness capacity is restricted to 14, so access is currently being offered to student members only. We will update our website as soon as we are able to re-open more fully.




When will you be able to open for group bookings?

I am a group booker, will I lose my booking slot?


No, all of our current group bookings will retain their original training slots and times.




Are we required to pay a deposit for group bookings?


No payments are required at this stage.
